Verification of Identity
For your identity protection and to confirm that you are a Danbury Resident, we are required to verify your personal identity to open a library account for you. This verification process is for your protection since having access to library items carries a potential financial risk to the cardholder (e.g. replacement costs of unreturned materials).
By completing the online card registration application, you consent to allow the Danbury Library to use a secure, trusted third-party vendor to verify your identity.
