Stitching Stories: A “Color Our World” Community Quilt

Join us for a three-week quilting program where the community comes together to create a vibrant quilt inspired by the 2025 Summer Reading theme, “Color Our World.”

Led by Mark Gallagher, participants will meet twice a week to design and sew individual quilt squares that celebrate diversity, creativity, and storytelling. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced quilter, this hands-on experience will guide you through the process of fabric selection, stitching techniques, and collaborative quilt-making.

By the end of the program, our finished quilt will serve as a beautiful testament to the power of community and shared creativity.
