Unwind into a meditative soundscape as you experience a guided gong bath, accompanied by singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and other percussion instruments. These harmonically rich vibrations are intentionally curated to support deep relaxation, ease mental chatter, and quiet the nervous system.
After settling in, you’ll begin with gentle breathwork and a guided meditation. Then, the session flows into about 45 minutes of layered sound—gongs intertwining with intuitive tones and chimes to create a calming sonic embrace. A short closing guidance or reflective pause helps you ease back to everyday awareness. We will leave time at the end for questions about sound healing, and you will be able to try the instruments out for yourself.
Please bring a yoga mat if you wish to lay on the floor, a blanket, and some water.
