Learn basic reading, writing, speaking & listening skills at the library for free!
This class meets in-person and is led by a certified English instructor in collaboration with Western Connecticut Regional Adult and Continuing Education (WERACE) at no cost.
All participants must be at least 17 years of age to take part in the program and each participant must provide a copy of their photo ID.
The first session on February 3rd will be an assessment test held in the LTC Computer Lab to determine starting skill level.
