May 7th: China

Ni Hao! Come to the library and together we’ll explore China. In this program, we will explore the story behind chopsticks and more! Participants will be provided with chopsticks to decorate with decorative tape. Participants will be challenged to grow their chopsticks skills by practicing on everyday items!

Registration recommended. Ages 7+ (or younger with parent supervision).

May 14th: India

Did you know the national flower India is the Lotus Flower? In this program, we learn more about lotuses and other parts of Indian culture and society. Then participants will make their own lotus lantern.

Japan is known for its origami! In this program, we will learn more about Japan and focus more in depth on Ninjas, origami and much more. Participants will have the chance to make their own Ninja star.
