iCook – Seven Wonders of the World: Tour to India

In this class, we travel to India to create delicious Baked Paneer Tikka, paired with Mint Chutney, and finish our meal with a refreshing Mango Lassi!

Our chefs-in-training will explore the colorful tapestry of global cuisine, learning how to make wonderful and nutritious recipes inspired by the world’s diverse flavors.

Foundational cooking skills will be taught, including proper techniques for measuring, mixing, slicing, dicing, and of course, kitchen safety! Join us this summer and experience the colorful world of food! All ingredients and supplies will be provided.
