WERACE provide a full range of free adult education programs, including citizenship classes, GED preparation, and ESL instruction to adults who live in the towns of Bethel, Brookfield, Danbury, New Fairfield, Newtown, Redding and Ridgefield.
WERACE offers three levels of ESL classes: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Classes focus on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to ensure adult learners are equipped to find gainful employment in their community, become involved in their children’s education, and make use of community resources.
