In this workshop, participants will learn the DIY technique of reverse pattern drafting.
We will go over the basics of using a pattern to construct clothing, and create our own patterns using your garments. Bring a well-fitting garment – preferably a jacket, skirt or dress – that you want to clone.
We will cut and begin to construct muslin mock-ups of your piece and you will go home with the pattern pieces to create infinite copies of your favorite garment.
Some sewing/garment construction experience is helpful but not required.
