Homemade Focaccia and Dinner Rolls with the Food Explorers

Join Food Explorers for a bread making workshop!

You’ll make your own Focaccia bread masterpiece by decorating with fresh vegetables and herbs, and make dinner rolls from scratch in this two hour class.

You’ll need the following ingredients:

  • flour (~6 cups total for both recipes)
  • yeast
  • salt
  • sugar
  • olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • butter
  • your choice of decorative toppings, such as: peppers, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, onion, olives, fresh parsley, rosemary, etc.

The more colors the better!

This fun workshop is for students aged 9+. Adults are welcome, too!
