Reduce your stress and increase your joy by unplugging and getting outside! Members of this meetup will go on a fifteen minute “awe walk” once a week. Then we’ll get together on the last Wednesday of the month to share the joy!
“Awe” is the feeling of being part of something much greater than yourself, and many people experience it outdoors. It’s all about unplugging and enjoying what is around you! So go for a quick walk whenever it’s convenient for you, and while you are out walking, focus on being in the moment and noticing the beauty around you. You can take your phone, but only to take photos.
For teens and adults. Everyone is welcome! Registration required. This is a virtual program (Zoom). All registrants must provide their active email address when registering and will be contacted by library staff to receive the link to the meeting.
