Over 80 million women in the U.S. currently suffer with conditions such as PMS and hormone imbalance. Many are confused as to which health options are available or even right for them. Kenneth Hoffman, D.Ac.(RI), L.Ac., CCH, medical director of SOPHIA, will speak about holistic approaches and natural alternatives to women’s health related concerns such as hormone imbalances, menopause, osteoporosis, heart and breast health, weight loss, and stress. The presentation will be in conjunction with Mr. Hoffman’s first book,
For Women’s Health - What Every Woman Needs to Know to Heal, Prevent Chronic Disease, and Design a Plan for a Healthier Lifestyle. The book was co-authored by Mr. Hoffman and 11 natural health practitioners from the State of Connecticut. Books will be available for purchase and signing.
