Eating Your Way to Health - An Intro to Plant-Based Nutrition

A diet rich in unprocessed plant foods strengthens out bodies' innate abilities to stay healthy, lose weight, and recover from illness if we've been stricken by a very long list of diverse chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, obesity and many autoimmune conditions.

Through a cooking demonstration you'll learn how to make a zesty, colorful mixed bean chili, containing no added fats, oils, nuts, refined flours or gluten. You'll sample, go home with recipes, and learn how to use this no-oil cooking technique in your own kitchen.
