Danbury Library Card Application

Library Cards are available free to all Danbury residents.

With your library card you are eligible to check out books, movies, magazines, use the Internet and more. Within 24 hours a 14 digit barcode will be e-mailed to you so you may begin using databases and e-books. Your Library Card will be mailed to your home.

Your E-mail Address: Overdue reminders and our E-News are sent by email.
Clicking "I Accept These Terms / Submit Form" below indicates compliance with the following terms and you will be mailed a card: I assume complete responsibility for materials charged out to my card and fines incurred by late returns. I will notify the library immediately of any change of address or phone number. If you do not click "I Accept These Terms / Submit Form", your request will not be processed. Please call Lending Services 797-4505 or e-mail leisenberg@danburylibrary.org, if you have any questions. You will be asked to show a photo I.D. with your Danbury address the first time you use your card and to update your card yearly.
