Have you ever wondered about the practice of mindfulness? Do you wish you could have better attention, focus and balance in your life?
Learning mindfulness helps individuals increase their patience, flexibility, focus and personal resilience.
This program will teach an approachable 8 step mindfulness program.
Each week, one of eight points will be introduced along with readings from great literary texts.
Each class ends with 20 minutes of meditation.
*No session on April 7th. April 28th session will be held in the Lower Level Meeting Room.
