Have you ever wondered about the practice of mindfulness? Do you wish you could have better attention, focus and balance in your life?
Learning mindfulness helps individuals increase their patience, flexibility, focus and personal resilience. This program will teach an approachable 8 step mindfulness program.
Each week, one of eight points will be introduced along with readings from great literary texts. Each class ends with 20 minutes of meditation.
The class meets from 10 am – 11 AM. Participation in all 8-weeks is recommended but not required.
